    New to the family

Their first year, step by step

    1. First vaccination and a full health check. By law, your puppy should already be microchipped.

    2. Second vaccination. A week later they can go out on walks and meet other dogs.

    3. Puppy weigh-in and a chat about training, teeth and insurance.

    4. Neutering conversation. The right time depends on breed and size.

    5. First booster, and they move onto the adult health plan.

The first year on our puppy and kitten plan is £12.50 a month, vaccinations included.

    Emergency, Bishopston

"Our spaniel ate a whole bar of dark chocolate on a Sunday night. They answered first ring, told us exactly what to do, and had him seen within half an hour."
