What we clean
The Checklist, and What You Can Change
Every clean follows the same list. You can add to it, drop things from it, or swap a room any week you like.
One off deep clean
Skirtings, inside the oven, behind the appliances, window tracks and the tops of doors. Usually a full day and usually the first visit before a regular clean starts.
End of tenancy
Inventory standard, with a photo report for the agent and a free return visit if anything gets queried in the first seven days.
After the builders
Dust removal in stages, because one pass never gets it. Two visits a fortnight apart is almost always cheaper than three of ours in a week.
Oven and appliances
Dip tank for the racks and trays, so it is done properly rather than sprayed and wiped. Booked as an add on to any regular clean.
Products and kit
All included and all fragrance free by default. If you want your own products used instead, leave them out and we will use those.

Only for the first visit, so the pair can walk the house with you and agree the checklist. After that it is a key safe or a doorstep handover and most of our customers are at work when we come.
Everything, and it is all fragrance free by default because a third of people turn out to prefer that. If you would rather we used your own products, leave them out and we will use those instead.
Because it always takes longer. A first clean gets the parts a regular clean maintains: the oven, the window tracks, the tops of doors and behind the appliances. After that the same house takes an hour less every time.
Tell us within forty eight hours and the same pair comes back and redoes whatever it was, at no charge. If it happens twice we change your pair without you having to ask, because at that point it is a fit problem rather than a standards one.
