First goal: lose fat, keep muscle

How it works
A real conversation with a provider, a body composition scan, and labs if you need them.
Meals built around food you like, movement you will actually do, and medicine only if it is right for you.
A scan and a visit every month, and messages with your coach in between.
When you reach your goal, maintenance visits help you hold on to the habits you built.
Check your BMI
Move the sliders. We show your BMI, a healthy range for your height, and whether prescription medicine is usually considered.
BMI is a rough screening number. It does not measure body fat, which is why we scan. This is general information, not medical advice.

"For the first time a doctor asked what I actually eat on a Tuesday, not what I should eat. No lecture, just a plan I could keep."

"The monthly scan kept me going. Some months the scale barely moved, but I could see I was keeping my muscle."

No. You can book directly, and we can send your notes to your primary care doctor if you like.
Only if your provider thinks it is safe and right for you, after your consult and labs. Many patients do well with coaching and nutrition alone.
Visits and labs often are covered. Coverage for weight loss medicine varies a lot, so we check yours before you start.
You stand on a platform for under a minute and it estimates your body fat, muscle and water, so we see more than the number on the scale. It is not used if you have a pacemaker or are pregnant.
We plan for that from the start, with maintenance visits to help you keep the habits you have built.
First visit
A 60 minute first visit with a provider, a body composition scan, and labs if you need them. No pressure to sign up for anything.
