The price on the survey is the price on the day.

Every London move starts with a survey, in your home or on a video call, before anyone gives you a number. Then that number is the one on the invoice.

Most removal complaints are about the price changing on the day.

That only happens when nobody looked properly first, which is why we survey every job before we quote it.

What we do

Four Ways We Take It Off You

Packed by us or packed by you, and either way it is wrapped before it moves.

A packed box waiting by a window

Packing and materials

Crates, blankets, tissue and tape delivered a week ahead, or a team who packs the whole house in a day.

A sofa being wrapped in protective film

Full house removals

Everything wrapped before it leaves the room, loaded in an order that comes off in the order you need it.

Stacked boxes ready for collection

Storage between moves

Containerised, alarmed and yours alone, with a fortnight free when the chain moves and the dates do not line up.

Fragile items being wrapped for transport

Office and commercial

Weekends and evenings so nobody loses a working day, with everything labelled to a desk plan you approve first.

How it works

Three Steps, No Surprises

The first one is the one that decides whether the other two go well.

01

Step 01

Survey

Twenty minutes, every cupboard, in person or on video

Twenty minutes in person or over video. We look in every cupboard, the loft and the shed, ask about access at both ends, and note the piano before it becomes a problem on the day.

Step 02

Plan

A written fixed price with the van, the crew and the hours

A written quote with the van size, the crew size and the hours, plus a packing plan if you want one. Nothing on it says estimate and nothing on it moves later.

Step 03

Move day

The same crew, wrapped in the room, beds back up before we go

The same crew who surveyed it turns up to do it. Everything is wrapped before it leaves a room, the van is loaded in unloading order, and the beds go back up before we leave.

Reviews

What London Says

Two house moves and one office, all of them on the day they were promised.

Hackney to Sevenoaks

The quote never moved

They surveyed the loft, which nobody else even asked about, and the number on the quote was the number on the invoice. After two previous moves that is not what I expected.

Islington

Third floor, no lift, no drama

Third floor at both ends with a turn in the stairs neither of us thought a sofa would make. They had measured it on the survey and brought the right crew for it.

Clerkenwell

Moved the office over a weekend

Forty desks out on the Friday night and everyone working by nine on the Monday. Every box labelled to the desk plan we had signed off two weeks before.
