Before You Sign Anything
Including the honest answer about how small a site is too small.
Nothing. We own the machine, we install it, we stock it and we service it. You provide a standard outlet and about a metre of wall. There is no rental, no minimum spend and no charge if we take it out again.
Under about twenty five people on site, a machine will sit half empty and you will end up with stale stock and a bad experience. We will say that on the phone rather than install one and quietly stop visiting.
Twice a week on most sites and daily on warehouses running shifts. The machines report their own stock levels, so a fast seller triggers an extra visit rather than waiting for the scheduled one.
They tap refund in the app and it is back on the card the same day, without needing to find you. Card jams get cleared within one working day and we credit the site for the inconvenience, not just the customer.
Yes, and you should. We start from a standard planogram, then swap out anything that does not sell after three weeks and add whatever your staff keep asking for. Healthier lines and a zero sugar row are both standard now.
