The tunnel
Three things separate a wash you can run weekly from one that puts swirls in your clear coat.
Closed cell foam sheds grit with the water instead of holding it between fibres and dragging it down the panel. That single material choice is most of the difference between a weekly wash and a swirled clear coat.
See the plans
The last rinse runs on reverse osmosis water with the minerals stripped out, so there is nothing left behind as it dries. No spots, and nobody has to towel your car at the exit.
See the plans
Fourteen bays on a dedicated pump, free with any wash and no timer on them. The vacuums are where most washes quietly cut costs, so ours are the part we over spec.

Inside the tunnel
Six stages, and you can watch every one of them from the car.
Journal
Written by people who run a tunnel, not by people selling you a wax.
Paint care
A touchless wash uses stronger chemistry to make up for never touching the paint, and on a genuinely dirty car it still leaves a film. Here is when each one is the right call.
Water
Tap water leaves minerals behind as it dries, which is what the spots are. Reverse osmosis strips them out first, so the car dries clear without anyone towelling it.
Plans
The plan is thirty four a month and a single Shine is eighteen. Two washes and you are level, three and you are ahead. Below that we would rather you paid per wash.
FAQ
Starting with the one everybody actually wants answered.

Not with closed cell foam. The old bristle tunnels held grit between the fibres and dragged it across the panel, which is where the swirl reputation came from. Foam sheds grit with the water and never touches the paint with anything harder than soap.
Four minutes through the tunnel on Express and six on Shine Plus, plus however long you want on the vacuums. Peak is between four and six on a weekday, and Sunday morning is the quietest hour of the week.
Past two washes a month, yes. Below that you are better off paying per wash and we would rather tell you that than take thirty four dollars a month from somebody washing once.
Come back the same day and we run it again for nothing, no receipt and no argument. If it is still not right the attendant hand finishes it, which takes about ten minutes.
Up to eighty four inches of height and any dually, yes. Roof racks, ladder racks and aftermarket spoilers need the attendant to look first, and that is a thirty second conversation at the entry lane.
Free with every wash, including Express, and free with an unlimited plan any time you pull in. There is no time limit on them either, which is the bit other places quietly enforce.
