Locked out? Back in without a scratch.

Lockouts, lock changes and uPVC door repairs, day and night. We are usually with you in thirty minutes, we pick the lock rather than drill it, and you get the price before we set off.

Reviews

Why people save our number

"Locked out at two in the morning with the baby asleep inside. He was here in twenty five minutes, had the door open without a mark, and charged exactly what he said on the phone."

Leanne PriceHarborne

"Moved into a house where the last owners never handed back all the keys. Five anti snap cylinders, all on one key, done in an hour."

Arjun MehtaSolihull

"Our back door would not lock after a break in. Boarded that night, new gearbox the next morning, and the insurer took his letter without a question."

Lockouts and security surveys

Before you call

Including the one thing we ask you to prove

79 pounds for most lockouts, any time of day or night, with no call out charge. If the lock needs replacing we price that on the phone before we set off, so there are no surprises at the door.

About thirty minutes across most of Birmingham, day or night. We tell you an honest arrival time on the phone and text you when we set off.

Almost never. Around nine in ten doors open by picking or bypassing without a mark. If drilling is the only way in, we tell you why first and fit a new cylinder the same visit.

Yes, before we open the door. A driving licence or a bill with the address is fine, and if it is inside we check it once you are in. It protects you as much as us.

Yes. Every cylinder we fit is British Standard and TS007 rated, which is what most home insurers require for a claim to be valid after a break in.

Locked out right now?

Ring us. It is quicker than any form.

You get a price and an arrival time on the phone. If it can wait until the morning, send the details instead and we will call you back.
