Larimer
A laundromat on Larimer Street with machines that work, change that never runs out, and a wash and fold counter that has your bag back by five. Open twenty four hours, attended until nine.

The machine you want is the one that works
Twenty eight washers and twenty two dryers, every one of them serviced on a schedule rather than when somebody complains. The card reader takes tap, the change machine is filled twice a day, and there is an attendant on the floor until nine every night.

Why People Drive Past Two Others
None of it is complicated. It is just the stuff every laundromat says it does and most of them stop doing by year two.
Machines that run
Serviced on a schedule, not when somebody finally complains. An out of order sign is a failure, not a normal Tuesday.
Change that is there
The changer is filled twice a day and the card reader takes tap. Nobody has ever had to go next door for quarters.
Somebody on the floor
An attendant until nine every night, which is most of the reason it stays clean and nothing walks out of here.
I used to drive past two closer places because their machines were always broken. Three years here and I have never once found a row of out of order signs.Teresa Alvarado, Five Points

Frequently Asked Questions
The questions people actually ask at the counter.

A standard wash is 28 minutes and a dryer cycle is 35, so most people are in and out inside ninety minutes. The big 60 pound washers do about four normal loads at once if you are trying to save a trip.
Before ten in the morning and after eight at night, any day. Sunday afternoon is the busiest three hours of the week and Monday evening is a close second, so avoid both if you can.
Drop the bag at the counter, we weigh it, and it is ready the same day if it is in before eleven. One sixty five a pound, minimum ten pounds, and everything is washed separately from other customers.
Every machine takes tap, card or coin, and the change machine is filled twice a day. If a machine takes your money the attendant refunds it on the spot rather than asking you to fill in a form.
