You see what we see
Anything we recommend comes to your phone as a video from under the car, with a price and an honest answer to "can it wait?". Old parts go in a box in your boot, so you can check them yourself.

No. UK law lets you service a car under warranty at any garage, as long as the manufacturer schedule is followed and the right parts are used. We do both and stamp the book.
An interim service is about ninety minutes and a full service two to three hours. Drop off in the morning and it is almost always ready the same afternoon.
Yes. Two of us are qualified for high voltage systems, and we service, diagnose and repair hybrids and electric cars from most makers.
We have two, booked on a first come basis, and free collection and delivery within five miles of the garage if you would rather not come in at all.
An interim service starts at 129 pounds, a full service at 219 and an MOT is 45. Diagnostics are 60 pounds, taken off the bill if we do the repair. Every price is confirmed before we start.
