Rounds across BS1 to BS16

The Round You Can Set Your Calendar By

Pure water poles, every four or eight weeks, on the same day. A text the night before, no knock at the door, no cash, and the frames and sills done as part of the price rather than as an extra.

What we clean

Glass, Frames and the Bits Nobody Else Does

Three kinds of work, one standard. If we cannot reach it safely from the ground, we tell you before you book rather than after.

Squeegee drawn across soapy glass

Houses and flats

Every pane front, back and sides, plus frames, sills and the front door. Up to four storeys from the ground on a pure water pole.

Cleaner working a glass office facade from a cradle

Shops and offices

Early mornings or after close so you never lose footfall. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly, invoiced monthly on one line.

Glass doors and conservatory panes being cleaned

Conservatories and glass roofs

The panels that go green first, because rain never runs down them. Roof, bars, gutters and finials, twice a year is usually plenty.

The round

Three Steps and You Never Think About It Again

The whole point of a round is that it runs without you having to chase it.

1

Send the address

We price from the address and a photo of the front. Most Bristol terraces and semis are priced in under a minute, and the number we give you is the number you pay, including the first visit.

You go on the round

Your street already has a day. You get that day, every four or eight weeks, and it does not drift. If we are ever going to miss it, you hear from us first rather than wondering where we got to.

3

We text, we clean, you pay by link

A text the night before so you can move the car or unlock the side gate. You do not need to be in and we never need to come through the house. Afterwards you get a payment link, and that is the whole transaction.

Tips

Things Worth Knowing About Glass

Written by the person who turns up, not by a marketing department.

Conservatory glazing seen from inside

Conservatories

Why the conservatory roof always goes green first

It faces the sky, rain never runs down it the way it runs down a vertical pane, and the seals hold moisture against the glass. Here is what actually shifts it.

Method

What pure water is, and why the bucket went in the skip

Deionised water dries without a mark because there is nothing left in it to leave behind. No detergent, no smears, and no ladder standing in your flowerbed.

Pricing

The first clean is always the dear one

Years of film does not come off in one pass. We price the first visit differently and say so up front, rather than turning up and revising the number on the doorstep.

FAQ

Questions We Get on the Doorstep

Straight answers, including the ones that cost us work.

A text the night before with your slot. If the side gate is locked or the dog is out, reply to it and we move you to the next day rather than charging you for a clean we could only half finish.

No. Everything is done from outside on a pole and we never need to come through the house. If you are out, you get a text when we are done and a link to pay whenever suits you.

We still clean. Pure water dries clear, and rain landing on clean glass is just water with nothing to stick to. The only thing that stops us is wind strong enough to make a pole unsafe, and then you get a text.

Yes, but it is booked separately because it needs access and a set time. Most people have the inside done twice a year and leave the outside to run on the round.

Four storeys from the ground with the pole, which covers almost every house in Bristol. Above that, or anywhere with no safe footing underneath, it needs a cradle or rope access and we quote that separately instead of improvising.

No contract and no notice period. Tell us to stop and we stop. The only thing we ask is that you tell us before the visit rather than after it, because the round is planned a week ahead.
