Water extraction
Truck mounted pumps and vacuums on site inside the hour, day or night
Metro Atlanta, 24 hours a day
Burst pipe, roof leak or a flooded basement: we are on site inside the hour, extracting and drying the same day, and we bill your insurer directly so the claim is not another job on your list.
Restoring Atlanta homes since 2010
What we do
Extraction, drying, mold and the rebuild, all under one company so nothing waits between trades.
Truck mounted pumps and vacuums on site inside the hour, day or night
Commercial dehumidifiers and air movers, moisture readings logged every day
Contained, removed and air tested, so you know it is actually gone
The source found and fixed first, because drying around a live leak is wasted money
Cut out, replaced, taped, textured and painted to match the rest of the room
Photos, moisture logs and the estimate sent to your insurer in their own format
Before and after
Every job is photographed on the first visit and again at handover, and both sets go to your insurer.

A pipe burst in the attic at two in the morning. They were in the house by three, the ceiling was down and the fans were running by five, and my insurer never once called me for paperwork. They handled all of it.Renee Castillo, Decatur

FAQ
Including the ones people ask at three in the morning.
Sudden water damage, like a burst pipe or a failed washing machine hose, usually is. Slow leaks and flood water often are not. We read your policy with you on the first visit and bill the insurer directly for anything they cover.
Three to five days for most rooms. We take moisture readings every day and the equipment only leaves when the numbers say the structure is dry, not when it feels dry.
Most insured claims cost you only your deductible. For uninsured work, emergency extraction starts at 350 dollars and a typical room dry out is 1,200 to 2,500 dollars, priced in writing before the equipment goes in.
Rarely. We section off the affected rooms with containment and you live in the rest of the house. If mold or sewage is involved we will tell you straight away whether it is safe to stay.
Yes. Mold behind drywall and under flooring is common after a leak you could not see. We map moisture with meters and thermal imaging, remove what is affected under containment, and test the air before we leave.
