They rebuilt our back fence and built a new deck in eight days, pulled the permit, dealt with the HOA and left the yard cleaner than they found it. Three winters on, not a single board has moved.
About Cedarline
Our Services
From a single gate to a full backyard, built by the same crew from the first post to the final stain.
Fences
Western red cedar on steel or pressure treated posts, set in concrete below the frost line so the first hard freeze does not heave them. From 42 dollars a foot, installed.
Decks
Trex, TimberTech or ipe on a joist frame built to code with the right spacing and flashing. Designed with you, drawn up for the permit, and finished in about two weeks.
Shade
Cedar or aluminum pergolas, louvered roofs and covered patios, engineered for Front Range wind and snow load and tied into the deck frame properly.
Repairs
Rehung and squared gates, replaced posts and boards, and a proper clean and stain so a ten year old fence gets another ten.
Three things that decide whether a fence is still straight in five years.
Every board and rail is measured and cut on your property, so the lines follow your yard instead of a catalogue drawing.
We draw the plans, pull the permit, and send your HOA the drawings and materials list before the first post goes in.
Every fence and deck gets a free visit the following spring. Anything the freeze has moved, we put right at no charge.
