How we work

One dog in the salon at a time

Most dogs are in and out inside two hours, awake, dry and back to you the same morning.

Your dog is the only one booked in. Nothing waits in a crate for the van to fill up.

Double coats blown out properly. Matted coats come out humanely, and we tell you honestly if it has to come off.

Warm water, a hypoallergenic wash and a hand dry. No cage dryer left running while someone else gets seen to.

Schnauzer, cocker, doodle, westie. Tell us the finish you want and we will tell you what the coat will actually hold.

Fresh out

Every one of them walked in, stood for the dryer and walked out. Ask for their groomer by name next time.
