Leeds and West Yorkshire
Contract cleaning for offices, warehouses and clinics across West Yorkshire. Directly employed staff, a named supervisor who walks your site every week, and a signed off spec you can hold us to.
Sites we run
Every contract starts with the thing the last cleaner kept getting wrong.
We had been through three contract cleaners in four years. The difference here is the supervisor. Somebody walks the building every week and finds the problems before I do.Diane Mulhern, Facilities Manager, Leeds

What we cover
Priced off a survey and a written spec, never off a floor area and a guess.
Out of hours or early mornings, keyholding included, washrooms and kitchens signed off on a checklist your team can see.
Colour coded equipment, trained to national infection control standards, with a monthly audit you receive whether or not anything failed.
Ride on scrubbers, racking dusting at height, and shift patterns built around your operation rather than around ours.
Carpets, hard floors, high level dusting and window work, scheduled quarterly so nobody has to raise it as a complaint first.
FAQ
The questions a facilities manager actually asks on a walk round.
From about two thousand square feet upwards. Below that a contract cleaner is usually the wrong answer and we will say so, because a site that small is better served by a directly employed cleaner of your own.
Employed, all ninety one of them, above the real living wage with holiday, sick pay and pension. It costs more than the franchise model and it is the reason the same faces are still on your site in year three.
A named area supervisor who walks your building every week, unannounced, against the signed spec. You get their mobile number and the audit lands in your inbox whether or not anything failed.
You tell the supervisor and it is corrected on the next shift, in writing. If the same point comes up twice in a month we change the operative on that site without you having to ask for it.
Off a survey and a written specification, never off a floor area and a guess. You get a price per week with the hours, the headcount and the tasks listed, so you can hold us to all three.
Yes, and usually inside two weeks. TUPE applies on most contract transfers and we handle that properly rather than pretending it does not apply. We will also tell you honestly if your current price is already fair.
Get a price
Tell us the site and the hours it is empty. The supervisor comes out, walks it with you and sends a written spec and a weekly price inside three working days.
